Service Description
Stress is your body's signal that something is out of balance. When stress persists for too long, it can lead to burnout or even boreout—a state of mental and emotional exhaustion, even if you experience your work as boring or meaningless. In these sessions, you'll learn to recognize the signs of overload, break patterns, and gradually re-energize yourself. We'll work on themes such as setting boundaries, perfectionism, recovery planning, energy management, and self-care. Together, we'll identify what exhausts you and what nourishes you. This guidance is available for both those who want to work preventatively and those already experiencing burnout or boreout and seeking new direction.
