What does this coaching entail?

We work trauma-sensitive, with gentleness and respect for boundaries. You will learn:

  • how your body and brain respond to fear or tension,

  • recognize patterns that were once protective but now hinder,

  • allowing emotions without being overwhelmed,

  • building safety in yourself step by step,

  • reconnect with peace, connection and trust.

No reliving. But understanding, regulating and softening.

Who is this coaching intended for?

For you, if you:

  • are anxious without 'apparent reason',

  • carries a loaded past (big or small),

  • you have difficulty relaxing or are always alert,

  • avoids or has difficulty admitting emotions,

  • longs for peace, security and recovery from within.

You're not broken. You're just carrying too much, too long, alone.
